How to get a Sitniks API key
- In finiq, open “Integrations” → “Cash registers & CRM”, find the Sitniks card and click “Connect”.
- Sign in to Sitniks CRM and open «Налаштування» (Settings) → «Інтеграції» (Integrations).
- Scroll to the very bottom of the page, to the «Open API» section. Create a new API key or copy an existing one.
- Paste the key below. finiq only reads accounts and finance operations with buyers and changes nothing in the CRM.
- Click “Check and continue”: finiq checks the access and shows the accounts.
- For each account, choose “New account”, “Existing account” or “Do not sync”.
- In “Load history for”, choose the number of months and click “Start syncing”. Transactions appear gradually.
Good to know
- Sitniks finance operations are imported: order payments become income, refunds and expenses become expenses, buyers become counterparties by phone and email. If you delete an operation in Sitniks after it was imported, delete it here too: Sitniks does not report deletions.
- Each Sitniks settlement account (cash desk, acquiring, cash on delivery) is an account of its own; a new one starts from the balance Sitniks shows. If the money of an account already arrives in a connected bank (monobank acquiring, say), choose “Do not sync” so it is not counted twice.
- A cash register or CRM connects with an access key: order payments and sales become operations automatically every 30 minutes, buyers become counterparties, and auto-rules work just as for banks. The key is stored encrypted.
- The key is encrypted and never shown in full; disconnecting the integration deletes it.
Who can do this. The owner, admins and financiers connect cash registers and CRMs.
