How to connect Servio to finiq

Restaurant and hotel automation: till and accounting.

How to connect Servio

Do not change this user’s card code or delete the terminal after connecting: syncing stops until you enter the new details.

  1. In finiq, open “Integrations” → “Cash registers & CRM”, find the Servio card and click “Connect”.
  2. Find the address of your venue’s POSExternal service. If Servio runs in Servio’s cloud, it looks like https://possvc3.servio.support/<number>/POSExternal — Servio support gives it (support@servio.com.ua, 097 537-01-68). If the service runs on the venue’s own server, you need an address reachable from the internet (an external IP address or domain and a port, e.g. http://203.0.113.7:29033/POSExternal): local network addresses (192.168…, 10…) will not do.
  3. In Servio WorkDesk open «Довідники» (Directories) → «Користувачі» (Users) and create a separate user for finiq (add them to «Персони» first) with a role that sees closed bills. Copy their «Код карти» (card code).
  4. The terminal code (TermID) identifies the station the service works as: a terminal is added in Servio Desktop under «Адміністрування» (Administration) → «Додати» (Add), station type ANDROID. If you are not sure which code to enter, ask Servio support for a terminal code for an API integration.
  5. Paste the address, card code and terminal code below. finiq only reads payment types, closed bills and Z-reports and changes nothing in Servio.
  6. Click “Check and continue”: finiq checks the access and shows the accounts.
  7. For each account, choose “New account”, “Existing account” or “Do not sync”.
  8. In “Load history for”, choose the number of months and click “Start syncing”. Transactions appear gradually.

Good to know

  • Revenue comes in for every finished day: per payment type and legal entity (sole trader, company), with returns taken off. Today’s bills appear the next day. Service deposits and withdrawals come from Z-reports when the venue uses Servio’s software register.
  • Each Servio payment type is its own account: cash becomes a «Cash» account, cards and delivery platforms (Glovo, Bolt Food) get accounts of their own. Bonuses are a discount, not money, so they are not synced by default. If card money already reaches a connected bank from the acquirer, mark those deposits as transfers from the terminal account or choose «Do not sync».
  • Servio returns one day of bills per request: a year of history takes about 7 minutes.
  • A cash register or CRM connects with an access key: order payments and sales become operations automatically every 30 minutes, buyers become counterparties, and auto-rules work just as for banks. The key is stored encrypted.
  • The key is encrypted and never shown in full; disconnecting the integration deletes it.

Who can do this. The owner, admins and financiers connect cash registers and CRMs.
