How to connect LiqPay to finiq

PrivatBank's payment acceptance: successful payments, the LiqPay fee and refunds.

How to get LiqPay keys

  1. In finiq, open “Integrations” → “Registers, CRM & payments”, find the LiqPay card and click “Connect”.
  2. Sign in to the LiqPay cabinet and open the settings of the shop whose payments you want to track.
  3. Copy the shop's public key (looks like i00000000000) and its private key.
  4. Paste both keys below. finiq only reads the payment archive and changes nothing in the shop.
  5. Click “Check and continue”: finiq checks the access and shows the accounts.
  6. For each account, choose “New account”, “Existing account” or “Do not sync”.
  7. In “Load history for”, choose the number of months and click “Start syncing”. Transactions appear gradually.

Good to know

  • Successful payments come in as income at the full amount with a revenue category, the LiqPay fee charged to the shop as a separate expense. A refunded payment cancels the imported one on the refund date if it was refunded within a month of the payment. Payments under review, awaiting confirmation and failed ones are not imported.
  • Each currency of the shop is an account of its own, of the «E-wallet» type: money the service holds until it pays out. The service's API does not report payouts to your bank account, so mark the deposits from it in your connected bank as transfers from this account — easiest with an auto-rule «Purpose contains …» → «Transfer». Otherwise the revenue is counted twice.
  • A cash register, CRM or payment service connects with an access key: order payments and sales become operations automatically every 30 minutes, buyers become counterparties, and auto-rules work just as for banks. The key is stored encrypted.
  • The key is encrypted and never shown in full; disconnecting the integration deletes it.

Who can do this. The owner, admins and financiers connect cash registers, CRMs and payment services.
