How to get NovaPay API credentials
NovaPay issues a new token at every sign-in, so after connecting these values in the cabinet no longer work. To connect NovaPay again, generate new ones.
- In finiq, open “Integrations” → “Banks” and click “Connect a bank”. At the top of the window, choose NovaPay.
- Sign in to the business cabinet at business.novapay.ua
- Open "Система" → "Налаштування" → "API" and enable API access for the enterprise.
- Click "Згенерувати" and copy the Login, Refresh token and Public certificate into the fields below. The access only reads accounts and statements.
- Click “Check and continue”: finiq checks the access and shows the accounts.
- For each account, choose “New account”, “Existing account” or “Do not sync”.
- In “Load history for”, choose the number of months and click “Start syncing”. Transactions appear gradually.
Good to know
- A bank connects with a read-only token: statements and balances arrive automatically every 30 minutes and instantly via webhook. The token is stored encrypted.
- The token is encrypted and never shown in full; disconnecting the bank deletes it.
- Paste all of it, including the BEGIN and END lines.
Who can do this. The owner, admins and financiers connect banks.
